Our manufacturers operate FDA (Food & Drug Administration) Registered and Inspected Facilities, which are subject to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) Standards.

ARE DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS REGULATED UNDER THE FDA?

Dietary Supplements are regulated under the FDA through DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act of 1994). 

These statements on products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

 

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are located in the US and at the moment, we do not ship internationally. We will ship internationally in the future.

WHEN WILL I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Processing times can take 7-10 days. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped.

You’ll receive a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be available.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT DO I DO?

Suva Nutrition will send you a tracking link once your package has shipped. You can view your package’s last location on the tracking system. Contact your shipping carrier or Post Office and give them the tracking number to your order to locate your package.

THE TRACKING STATES IT HAS BEEN "DELIVERED" BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET. WHAT DO I DO?

Contact your shipping carrier or Post Office and give them the tracking number to your order to locate your package. USPS can hold packages for 30 days in their facility if they were unable to deliver package to the receiver during time of delivery and becomes unclaimed. Contact your carrier or Post Office as they may have it on hold for you to pick it. If it’s past the 30-day mark then USPS will resend the package back to Suva Nutrition as unclaimed.

WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can only cancel orders before processing. Once an order is processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel that order.

WHEN CAN I RETURN MY ORDER/WHEN CAN I GET A REFUND?
